Gail Lee



Executive Director

As the owner of the company,

Gail is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Care Manager. She has a Master's Degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Gerontology. Gail has been dedicated to serving the needs of elderly and disabled clients in the St. Louis area for over 30 years. She is an active member of the Lion's Club and Women's Army Corps, as well as an active part in her church, assisting with community activities.


I love my job because enhancing individuals' experiences in life brings me joy. In helping the community, I can ensure the safety and stability of aging care.



Abby Mahon

Abby Mahon is a dedicated Certified Care Manager at A Plus Aging Advantage, where she brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her work. Armed with a degree in Gerontology, Abby's professional journey has been fueled by her unwavering passion for serving seniors. Having held numerous leadership roles in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities early in her career, Abby gained firsthand insight into the myriad challenges that seniors and their families encounter as they navigate the complexities of aging. Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference, she pursued and obtained her certification as a care manager, enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs. Through her dedication and expertise, Abby ensures that her clients receive the highest level of care and support, fostering positive outcomes and enriching the lives of those she serves.



Teri Schoenberg



Care Manager

Teri is a Certified Care Manager with a very caring manner and background in Medicare supplemental insurance and long-term care insurance. She is an active member of her church, serving as both a deacon and an elder.


I love my job because serving the needs of the aging St. Louis community brings me joy and peace-of-mind, knowing there is always someone to care for loved ones.



Lee Howard-Ginther

Lee Howard-Ginther has been working at A+ Aging since 2017 and has a Master's in Divinity. She works as a Care Manager who also assist with the Concierge Care program. Lee is instrumental in our marketing and social media. Lee also works as a Chaplin assisting elders with their spiritual needs.


She is also on the board for the Nonprofit, Aging Advantage, which helps those in need in St. Louis City.



Lila Shepley

Lila is a Certified Care Manager who received a graduate certificate in GeroPsychology in 2016. She is also a certified dementia trainer and practitioner. Lila has been proudly serving area seniors and their families for 15 years. She holds board positions on Social Workers in Long-Term Care, Long-Term Care Educators Association, Professionals in Retirement and Community Living, and the Breakthrough Coalition. I love my job because I understand that navigating the numerous options for our loved ones is overwhelming anything I can do to assist and clarify the maze for clients brings me tremendous joy.

Passionate Advocate for Transformative Education and Lifestyle Change With over fifteen years of diverse experience in medical, educational, counseling, and health settings, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals through education and sustainable lifestyle changes. My journey has been driven by a personal mission to facilitate positive change in people's lives, particularly in underserved communities. I have demonstrated adaptability across various clinical and community environments, quickly identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions. My ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines, coupled with strong leadership and a positive, results-oriented approach, has consistently led to meaningful outcomes. I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to an organization dedicated to making a lasting impact through education and lifestyle transformation



Maggie Schilling

After 17 years of being a stay-at-home mom, Maggie decided to take the knowledge and experience that she gained and put it to good use being a Care Manager. Maggie has found that there are many similarities between these lines of work. With a B.A. in Communications from The University of Missouri St. Louis, she thrives on connecting with my clients and listening to their needs and concerns. Maggie is passionate about my work and in building strong relationships that foster trust, respect, and honesty. Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, she worked in the medical field as well as sales. Her sales background gave her the experience needed to make connections with others in the elder care industry and find resources to support clients. Maggie's involvement in the medical field has been indispensable in her ability to organize care plans for clients. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also loves jazzercise classes and community, reading, and traveling.
